Whilst recently visiting the lovely city of Victoria BC, some asshole felt the need to not only park an inch off my bumper (that's 2.54 cm for you Canadian's), but could not even get their P.O.S. remotely straight in the spot. And these downtown spots are huuuge! I am going to go out on a limb here and saying it probably took her 3-4 times to get it this good. Probably rushing out for a hot sale on the latest and greatest in fashionable cherry automobile accessories no doubt.
